Launch and Early Production
The movie officially launched with a muhurat puja on 12 July 2024 in Chennai. The first schedule began at Prasad Labs, Chennai, but tragedy struck early when stuntman Ezhumalai suffered a fatal accident during an action sequence. Production was briefly halted, and a safety awareness event was later held in Chennai by the Film Employees Federation of South India (FEFSI).
Major Schedules
After resuming, the crew filmed across multiple cities — Hyderabad, Madurai, Kochi, Bangkok, and Luton (U.K.). In March 2025, the team shifted to Mysore for a high-octane action block, where Karthi sustained a minor ligament injury. He recovered quickly, and filming resumed the same month.
By late March 2025, around 90 percent of the shoot was completed. The final leg of production wrapped up in June 2025, marking nearly a year of intensive filmmaking.
